The Path to Mindfulness

Mindfulness Meditation is simply a practice.

Our brain is a like a muscle and meditation is similar to going to the gym. You can't go to the gym once and expect to get that lean, toned body...(that would be nice, right?) We have to dedicate time within our busy schedule to practice meditation.  When we practice meditation weekly we gain the strength to become aware, pause and respond to the situation in front of us rather than react.
